Two 1923 Allied Golf Company Stock Certificates Signed by Tom Bendelow Plus Letter
This lot features Allied Golf Company stock certificates from 1923. Each signed by Tom Bendelow as the Secretary as well as letter in reply to stockholders wondering what the stock was worth. Allied Golf was located in Chicago and it seems like Bendelow was designing golf courses for American Park Builders in Chicago too and designing golf balls and clubs for Allied Golf at the same time. Bendelow was nicknamed the "Johnny Appleseed of American Golf" having designed over 600 golf course in a 35 year span.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature, and their letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
