HG Picard Signed 3x5 Cut - Slabbed

Henry Picard won 26 times on the PGA Tour, most notably becoming one of the first five Masters winners in 1938. He also won the 1939 PGA Championship. Picard signed this cut in blue ink with the notations '1991'(year of inscription) and also 'Masters Champion 1938.'
