1964 US Open at Congressional Country Club Periscope Viewer
This lot features a patrons periscope viewer from the 1964 US Open at Congressional Country Club. These periscopes or viewfinders were used so that the golf gallery could watch all the action from the back row. The 1964 US Open was Ken Venturi's only Major win. Held at the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland, it was the 64th annual competition.
