H.G. Picard Signed 1938 Masters Champion Display - Framed
This lot presents a framed display that measures 13 1/2" x 16 1/2" of the 1938 Masters champion H.G. Picard. "Pick" is a World Golf Hall of Fame member and a two time Major champion who passed away in 1997. He won the 1938 Masters and the 1939 PGA Championship. He also played on the 1935 and 1937 Ryder cup teams. These many accomplishments in his career make for a highly desired, but seldom seen signature. As was common Henry has simply signed this cut forming it as H.G. Picard in blue ink. The photo shows Picard tying his shoe and the back features a small newspaper clipping mentioning Picard's death. Perfect signature for your Masters collection..
