This August 8, 1960 complete issue of 'Town & Country' features Ben Hogan in front of the clubhouse at Shady Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Inside is five pages of pictures and content on what at the time was a new clubhouse. Mr Hogan has placed a (1 by 2 1/2 inch) ink signature on the cover. There is the smallest amount of feathering to the autograph at the bottom of both the "B & e" this does not overly detract from a beautiful autograph on a seldom scene signed item. Small creasing and paper loss in lower right hand corner of magazine which would easily frame out.
