Ben Hogan Signed 1938 Photo - Swinging - Ft. Worth Star-Telegraph
A 1938 Ft. Worth Star-Telegraph photo of Ben Hogan swinging is signed by the golfer himself and offered to bidders in this lot. Hogan leaves his classic autograph in black Sharpie on the this black/white photo. Ben Hogan's nine career Majors tied him for fourth on the all-time list with Gary Player, and Hogan is one of only four golfers to complete the career Grand Slam by winning all the major championships. It took 'The Hawk' only one attempt at the British Open in 1953 to secure his place in history.
