Arnold Palmer Golf Academy 'Cameron Park' Pin
R.I.P. to The King. We'll never see anyone in golf as beloved as Arnold Palmer, and his career accomplishments are overshadowed by his impact on the game. The late Palmer passed away Sunday, September 25 at age 87. For any Arnold Palmer fans and collectors, this lot presents an item you won't come across in every auction. A gold Arnold Palmer Golf Academy 'Cameron Park' pin in excellent condition is offered. Cameron Park is located in El Dorado, California and during the early 1970s the Park placed an emphasis on golf, and they looked to the great Arnold Palmer for assistance. The Arnold Palmer Golf Academy was a three-hole practice course in an area that now is comprised of the Bel Air Market and Eskaton complex on Palmer Drive, of course. The pin presents well and is ready for display.
