1903 'Bert Edward The Golf Caddie' Book by Horace Hutchinson
A 1903 'Bert Edward The Golf Caddie' book written by former golfer Horace Hutchinson appears in this lot. Hutchinson may be better known for his post-golf career work in writing golf and other sports themed books, but he was still a force in the sport dating back to the late 19th century and early 20th century. He won consecutive Amateur Championships in 1886 and 1887. He is known to have written over 10 books, most of which centered around golf. Published in London, John Murray, Albemarle Street, W. 1903. The book shows minor signs of aging, having preserved very well from the turn of the 20th century.
