Two Signed US Open Flags by Winners - 1993 by Lee Janzen & 2001 by Retief Goosen
Perfect for any U.S. Open collector, we have two signed flags by 1993 winner Lee Janzen and 2001 champion Retief Goosen. Both autographs are signed in black Sharpie and these flags come in excellent condition. The 1993 U.S. Open was played at Baltursol and saw Janzen shoot a total of 272 (all four rounds in the 60s), tying the U.S. Open scoring record set by Jack Nicklaus in 1980, also at Baltusrol. Janzen won by two strokes over Payne Stewart. Goosen won in 2001 at Southern Hills by two strokes in a 18-hole playoff over Mark Brooks, for his first of two U.S. Open victories (2004).
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the autographs and their certification of its authenticity will come with this lot.
