1951 National Open Golf Tournament at Oakland Hills Scorecard - Filled In
This lot presents a scorecard filled in by a spectator at the 1951 U.S. Open tournament at Oakland Hills Country Club. The scorecard follows Dave Douglas and tournament winner Ben Hogan at "The Monster," as Oakland Hills CC's South Course has been nicknamed. The 1951 U.S. Open was one of Hogan's nine major championships, which puts him tied for fourth all-time in that respect.
