Tiger Woods' 2007 Buick Inv. Guest Registration at The Lodge Torrey Pines

Tiger Woods notched his fifth win at the Buick Invitational during his 2007 visit when he beat Charles Howell III to win by two notching his third straight Buick win. Howell said this about Torrey and Tiger,"The course sets up perfect for him and his scoring ability the guy can get the ball up and down and make par from nowhere. He's always hanging in there, and he has that ace in the hole: his putter". On property bordering the course is The Lodge at Torrey Pines it was at this property that Tiger Woods would stay each time he competed at the Buick. The Hotel Manager at The Lodge from 2003 to 2009 was William Friese, our consignor (Please see photo of Mr. Friese and Tiger by plane, along with his letter of provenance on this and many other items from this time period in this auction). Through this relationship comes the actual signed (Tiger Woods) guest registration form which Tiger filled out in 2007. Leading autograph authenticator PSA/DNA provides their letter of authenticity (#Z05695)which comes with this lot.
