1975 Masters Tournament Contestant Badge #16 - Bob Murphy - Jack Win
The 1975 contest marked a record breaking fifth Masters victory for living legend Jack Nicklaus, and the 13th of his staggering 18 Major titles. The 1975 Masters also saw Lee Elder become the first African American to compete in the tournament, groundbreaking in its own right.
Here is the toughest of all Masters Tournament credentials with an obvious heightened importance deriving from Jack Nicklaus' 5th of 6 Augusta National wins. Simplistic in design, the blue and white shield carries the host club of Augusta National Golf Club, tournament year and the Player #16 designation of 5-time PGA Tour champion Bob Murphy.
