Tom Brady's Personal Used Titleist 735 CM 2-PW 'TB-12' Iron Set with Letter

On the heels of Tom Brady's daring, live roast on the Netflix streaming service, three things were made clear; the man has unwavering confidence, the public can't get enough of him and Tom is The G.O.A.T. Seven Super Bowl wins in ten trips playing arguably the most important position in sport speaks for itself. The game of golf even came up as Brady's 'The Match', and football, adversary Peyton Manning did on stage. When a member of Tom Brady's inner circle contacted us with Brady's personal set of Titleist Irons, driver and golf balls, the crossover pieces were of great interest to say the least. What does being in Tom Brady's inner circle look like? Attending handful of Kentucky Derby's alongside, seven (7) Super Bowls as VIP, appearing in an array of candid photos on Instagram next to Brady, and referring to him as 'Tommy' was a start, but moving to Costa Rica to be closer to his friend solidifies it. When Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen separated and left that Costa Rica property, this individual got a call from the one handling the move for the celebrity couple asking if he would like to have Brady's clubs that were left at the house. Why not? A surfer and not golfer, he then gave them to the consignor - also a friend of his and Brady's to a lesser extent.

Brady's Titleist irons in this lot comes with a signed letter of provenance detailing the friendship and acquisition directly from the member of Tom's inner circle who we worked with along with his friend, the consignor. While his name is blocked out of the letter digitally, the consignor Maurice Hunter's is not. Hunter is also pictured in the final lot photo, with Tom, to the right of Tom in a white shirt with his hand on Jesse Itzler's (well-known entrepreneur) shoulder for reference only. Both Hunter and Tom's close friend's names are on the actual letter - along with Brady's close friend's (still) signature for the winning bidder of this lot.
