1972 Club Professional Championship at Pinehurst CC Contestants Badge
Employing a similar the design which the PGA of America would use on it's PGA Championship Contestants badges from the early 1970's. This example displays a top condition front with nary a scratch to the black and green enamel facing which reads, "CLUB PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP" and "PINEHURST COUNTRY CLUB". Also boldly present on the front of this gem "PGA" for the sanctioning PGA of America which oversaw this event. An attractive frame display case is also provided with this contestants money clip is also provided with this lot. We also show an image of how this piece would display in your collection without this display.
