1946 Nashville Invitational Tournament Program with Johnny Palmer Signed Cut

The PGA Tour stop in Nashville, Tennessee had a short but sweet run in that town from 1944-46. With Byron Nelson winning the event in 1944 and Ben Hogan claiming his first PGA Tour victory since returning from his service to the United States Army Air Force in World War II at the 1945 event. This win of Hogan is detailed in the Near Mint 1946 Nashville Invitational program which we offer in this lot. Rounding out the champions of this three year event was Johnny Palmer who made the '46 Nashville event his first PGA career win. Palmer would go on to play for the 1949 United States Ryder Cup team. As an added bonus this lot will also contain a personalized 3x5 autograph from Johnny Palmer. This signature of Palmer has been reviewed by James Spence Authentication (JSA), and their letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

Please note: This auction will end at 7:00pm EST on September 27th with extended bidding to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended
