1947 Columbus Invitational Program - Bobby Locke Winner
After the 1946 PGA season Sam Snead went to South Africa and faced Bobby Locke in 16 matches, he came away with a 4-12 record (Ouch!). On Snead's urging, Locke came to the United States in 1947 and proceeded to win seven tournaments. (Sam probably re-thought that invitation many times). One of those seven wins for Locke in 1947 came at the Columbus Invitational. Offered is a program from that Locke triumph.
