Andy North Signed 1978 US Open at Cherry Hills Ceramic Ash Tray
With par at Cherry Hills outside Denver, Colorado established at 71 for the 1978 United States Open, Andy North would lose to that score by a mere one shot at 285 for the four rounds. The nice thing for North the rest of the field was no better off then two over, and Andy had his first of two U.S. Open titles (1985). Ashtray in unused condition bearing the Cherry Hills 1978 U.S. Open logo is offered, and highlighted with a black sharpie signature from its champion, Andy North. James Spence Authentication (JSA) letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
