1957 St. Paul Open Tournament Program Signed by Ken Venturi
In his second season on the PGA Tour, Ken Venturi notched his first of 14 career PGA Tour wins at the 1957 St. Paul Open. He torched the Keller Golf Course in St. Paul, Minnseota for a four round total of 22 under (66-67-65-68) in route to a two shot triumph over Bob Rosburg. As if to say you haven't seen anything yet, Venturi won the following week again this time at the Tour's Miller High Life Open and this time by five strokes. The program in excellent condition, and cover signed by Venturi from his first career win is offered in this lot. James Spence Authentication (JSA) provides signature authenticity with for the Venturi autograph.
