1971 US Open Grounds Staff Pin #148
What an outstanding tournament this must've been to attend. This 2 1/2" diameter Grounds Staff pin is from when Lee Trevino won his second U.S. Open title, and he did it in exciting fashion by defeating Jack Nicklaus by three strokes in an 18-hole playoff. Some staining is present throughout the face, pin still intact.
