Emerick Kocsis' 1928 Michigan Pro Golfers Association Championship Winner 14K Medal
The last name of this 14k gold scalloped edge gold medal's recipient is a familiar one, with the three Kocsis brothers: Chuck, Sam and Emerick all inducted into the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame. In shallow relief, this elegant medal from the latter, now closing in on the century mark gleams bright. 'Michigan Pro Golfers Assn Championship 1928 Winner E. Kocsis' and '14k' were added to the back of this medal on a navy ribbon by the steady hand of a master engraver. 1 1/4"
