1959 Desert Inn Tournament of Champions Bag Tag - Julius Boros
This lot offers a detailed 3 1/2" diameter contestants bag tag designed for Hall of Famer Julius Boros at the 1959 Desert Inn Tournament of Champions. This Las Vegas event had its origin in 1953 featuring only players who won PGA Tour events the previous year. A premiere stop on the Tour yearly the event was contested in Las Vegas from 1953-66. Boros gained entrance in 1959 via his 1958 Tour wins at the Arlington Hotel Open and Carling Open Invitational
