1960 Portland Open Invitational Pairing Sheet Signed by Billy Casper
The 1960 competition held at Portland Golf Club found Billy Casper defend his title from the previous year. If you were around the following year you would seem him defend it once again. We were surprised to find out that they didn't name the tournament after Casper! Billy has signed the cover of pairing sheet from Saturday nicely in black sharpie.
