1965 Bob Hope Desert Classic Signed by Billy Casper
The 6th edition of the Bob Hope Desert Inn Classic was held at La Quinta Country Club in La Quinta, California. The winner that year was Billy Casper, and he has signed this great condition program in black sharpie. The two times Player of the Year and Hall of Famer would go on to win the tournament again in 1969. Casper unfortunately passsed away earlier this year. The 1965 competition was also the first time that Bob Hope had put his name to the tournament
