Offered here is Bill Davis' 1 1/4 diametercontestants identification medal for the 25th Los Angeles Open contested in 1951 at the historic Riviera C.C. Reverse of this badge from the collection of 1940's and 50's PGA professional is engraved CONTESTANT. The real story of the event was Lloyd Mangrum who won the second of his record tying four Los Angeles Opens.
