2009 The Memorial Tournament Crystal Bowl - Mark Brooks Collection

Waterford decorative centerpiece bowl makes a statement with its brilliant crystal cuts over its 7" diameter surface which stands 5 3/4" tall. This piece was gifted to PGA player Mark Brooks by tournament hosts Barbara and Jack Nicklaus for his appearance in Jack's 2009 Memorial Tournament. Tour veteran Brooks had made his first appearance in the highly popular limited field invitational twenty years earlier in 1989. This players gift has been front etched with THE MEMORIAL and 2009 also bearing the familiar tournament logo of the event which entered its 40th year of competition in 2015. Also of note the 2009 event was won by Tiger Woods for his fourth of five wins at Jack's event contested at his home Muirfield course.

We at The Golf Auction are proud to have the opportunity to represent Mark and Cynthia Brooks in the auctioning of items from their collection of golf books, art work and mementos assembled over a PGA career which began in 1983 and has encompassed a remarkable 799 career PGA tournaments. This great run of golf at its highest level has been highlighted by seven PGA Tour wins, his play as a victorious member of the 1996 United States Presidents Cup team, and of course his Major triumph at the 1996 PGA Championship.
