1933 Cohasset Golf Club (Cohasset, MA) Pewter Cup Trophy
3" Tall Solid Pewter Cup Trophy. Made by Pilgrim and Marked on Bottom. Unique Pre-WWII Trophy Engraved with "Who Is My Partner" ... Which Would Have Been An Early Term Used for a "Blind Draw" Golf Tournament Format. It Also Has Cohasset Club Logo Medallion Affixed to the Front with Amazing Graphics Depicting the Cohasset Lighthouse. The Medallion Appears to be Sterling, but Has Not Been Tested. Established in 1894, Cohasset is One of the Oldest Private Clubs in New England. The Course was Expanded to 18 Holes in 1909 by Donald Ross, Making it One of His First Independent Designs
