Johnny Farrell Autograph Framed with Rare 1928 Print “La Presse” Montreal, Canada

When the 72 holes were all played at the U.S. Open in 1928, Johnny Farrell was all tied with Bobby Jones, the already two-time champion. A 36-hole playoff ensued with Farrell coming out the victor by one stroke. Offered along with Johnny's signed cut is the rare 1928 'La Presse' print which all comes nicely framed. The frame measures approximately 20 3/4” wide X 27 1/4” high. James Spence Authentication has reviewed this autograph from Johnny Farrell, and their letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

Please note: This auction will end at 7:00pm EST on April 12th with extended bidding to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
