John Daly Signed 2022 Masters Embroidered Flag w/'Grip It & Rip It'

Staggering the center Masters Tournament logo on either side is the signature and mantra of John Daly, the polarizing golf figure and two-time major champion. 'Grip it and Rip it' is how he played on the tour, never laying up and often playing by feel - while shortening the hole off the tee box. This dated 2022 Masters flag contains the blue sharpie penmanship and way of life on the course and remains in good condition with both legible. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot. A signed letter of provenance from John Daly comes with this lot.

University of Arkansas' John Daly won 5 times on the PGA Tour, including the two major championships. After his improbable night of driving as the ninth alternate l(literally) en route to winning the 1991 PGA Championship at Crooked Stick, he would unsurprisingly be presented with the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year honors. Sixteen other professional wins, many of those contributing to his PGA Tour card opportunity. Sports are a form of entertainment and few have done it as well as John.
