Jack Nicklaus Signed RBS 5lb Note with 8 Unsigned RBS 5lb Notes

Offered here is a group of 5 lb. notes from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), one signed by legendary American golfer Jack Nicklaus. It is uncommon for an American to grace the front of an RBS note, but when you win three British Opens (two at St. Andrews) and become the RBS Ambassador of Golf, exceptions are made. These notes were issued to celebrate the Golden Bear's remarkable career, and it marks the first British banknote to celebrate a living non-royal individual. Nicklaus signed beautifully in black Sharpie.
