Jack Nicklaus Signed 1975 Masters Tournament Spectator Guide
The 1975 Masters triumph of Jack Nicklaus was a significant victory as it reaffirmed that Jack at 35 years of age, and coming off a sub par year in 1974, was still at the top of his game. The Spectator guide is one of the staples of Masters collecting. Just as Nicklaus signatures are a staple of sports autograph collecting. This guide as produced by the Augusta National was not commercially sold and was distributed only at the course to those attending the tournament. This publication which measures in at 4" x 7 1/4", and is in near mint condition has been cover signed by Jack with his traditional black pen signature. There is another signature in black pen on the very back cover. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this autograph, and their FULL letter of authenticity comes with this lot with a matching sticker on the inside cover numbered #Z93647.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, April 14th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
