Jack Nicklaus Signed 1962 US Open at Oakmont Series Ticket - Used

Here we have a yellow series ticket #8824 from the 1962 US Open signed by the champion Jack Nicklaus. The June 11-17 1962 ticket is signed by The Golden Bear in bold, black sharpie. The 1962 US Open was one of the most exhilarating and significant US Open's ever, with Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer battling it out in a playoff and Jack coming out of it having won his first Major and PGA Tour event. The ticket is in fair to good condition, with consistent overall usage, folding and its string incomplete. There is a small 3/8" tear in left side. Please refer to pictures as an additional condition report. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their FULL letter of authenticity #Z93646 will come with this lot, with the matcing sticker adhered to the reverse.
