Horton Smith Signed 1948 Detroit GC Scorecard with Jones Photo & ANGC Member Only Flag
This tasteful presentation incorporates multiple aspects and feats of the great Horton Smith through different mediums. The longtime Detroit Golf Club head professional left his signature and date '1948' on this vintage scorecard from his home course, commemorating his North Course record of 62 in strong blue pen. Above this spectacle is an ANGC Member Only Flag and a picture of Augusta National Golf Club founder shaking Horton Smith's hand, following winning the Masters tournament, something he did in 1934 and 1936. It is framed to 31" x 42." James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authentication comes with this lot.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval).
