Harry Vardon Signed with Long Inscription 'The Complete Golfer'
Harry Vardon leaves his signature and a long inscription inside of his book 'The Complete Golfer.' Vardon won the Open Championship a record six times, and won the 1900 U.S. Open. Vardon went on to publish other golf instructional books, and this 1929 signed copy of one of his publications makes for a great item for any golf historian. The book shows signs of aging and inside the slip cover of the book, parts of the cover paper is missing.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this autograph and their certification of its authenticity will come with this lot.
