Kathryn Murphy's impact on The Masters Tournament is best summed up by Augusta.com writer Chris Gay in an article about her significant club contribution in 2011. "(Kathryn) Murphy is one of the most influential behind-the-scenes people in Masters Tournament history. For almost four decades, she was the executive secretary for five Augusta National and Masters chairmen." Augusta.com wrote. Among Kathryn Murphy's many tournament tasks was sending the tournament invitations, ordering trophies, keep the spec guide tournament information up-to-date, as well as serve as the main contact person for the media. Murphy worked part time with Clifford Roberts for six years starting in 1962 and then became full time with the club, a great decision for all parties involved. Here is Kathryn Murphy's Golf-Club Crans-Sur-Sierre Pitcher. Carefully engraved around the cylindrical trophy is 'Golf=Club Crans-Sur-Sierre to Kathryn Muphy April 1988.' It remains in very good condition, similar to which it was handed to Murphy 35 years ago. Please note that the chain is removable, and we have provided photos with it and without. 6" x 10 1/4"

2. During extended bidding, you may bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 10pm ET

Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and each lot will begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. Lots without a bid placed during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you
