Early 1930's Augusta National Golf Club Original Photo of Magnolia "Avenue" Lane
This never before seen picture features Augusta National Golf Club's Magnolia Lane entry way, prior to its inception. There was speculation over using the path initially named it Magnolia Avenue, as written on the reverse caption. This image has been stored in the files of the original Augusta National Golf Club's engineer Wendell P. Miller's family for over 85 years. It cries out for ownership by the finest photo libraries known with a dedication to Bobby Jones, Augusta National Golf Club or golf history as an emphasis. Written in type on the reverse is "Scene showing Magnolia Avenue, bounded on both sides by huge Magnolia trees, which make a site of real beauty, this is to the left of proposed club house and an entrance that adds beauty to any grounds. Crystal clear 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" image free from chipping, with slight surface wear and paper loss in right bottom corner. Letter of provenance from the family of Wendell P. Miller comes with this lot.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
