Classic Jack Nicklaus MacGregor Pro-Only Green & White Full Size Golf Bag
This pro-only circa 1980's Jack Nicklaus MacGregor bag comes with the leading 18-time major champion's large facsimile stitched signature in a white stripe diagonally across the large front pocket of this leather bag. 'MacGregor' is stitched in green up both right and left sides. When reviewing tape Nicklaus was seen numerous times using this color combination of forest green and white bag during his time with MacGregor Sporting Goods. MacGregor began an equipment partnership with Jack Nicklaus in 1961 with just as Nicklaus turns professional after winning the US Amateur in both 1959 and 1961. MacGregor's great foresight paid dividends, with his 1986 Masters winning MacGregor ZT putter and sales of this putter increasing exponentially. This bag is in good to very good condition, with very few signs of usage. On the bottom of the bag base you will see MacGregor and Nicklaus' names, leaving no stone unturned. "PRO-ONLY" is written on the metal plate towards the top, as seen in the fifth picture.

Place your bids now as this auction will end at 9:00pm ET Sunday, November 15th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
**If extended bidding goes pass midnight ET, The Golf Auction reserves the right to close the auction at any time. We recommend bidders place their maximum bids prior to that time. Thank you**
