Classic Bobby Jones Picture & Cachets Framed Presentation Piece
The career amateur left him imprint on the game of golf in more ways than one could count. Here is a framed presentation piece with six cachets and both large and small pictures in the middle. It is 22" by 31 1/2" framed. The United States Postal Service has always been a proponent of Bobby Jones, along with golf and sports enthusiasts. They have created numerous stamps and commemorative cachets with his likeness printed on to. This piece is well thought out to maximize presentation value, as well as exhibit the cachets surrounding his classic picture with a facsimile signature and action shot below. Jones was the visionary that wanted to build on his well-rounded life with a golf club. Augusta National Golf Club has been home of the Masters Tournament since its inception in 1934.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, July 21st with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
