Circa 1930's Large Penfold Man Statue - Exceptional Condition
This lot features an advertising statue that measures 7" x 7" x 21 3/4". In the 1930's this statue would have been displayed at a pro shop, enticing customers to buy Penfold balls, and would typically have had the phrase "He Played a Penfold" inscribed, the company's motto. The company was founded in 1927 by Albert Ernest Penfold. This is a highly sought after piece for many collectors.
