Bobby Jones 'Beneath the Evergreens' A.P. Wire Photo - 4/2/1937 - In the Augusta Pine Trees
Here we have a 9" x 7" wire photo of Bobby Jones. The caption on the back says it all:
"The old swing 'ain't what she used to be,' Bobby Jones found in the first round of the National Open Championship when his control slipped a cog and he woud up in the trees. This shows the one-time king of the greens trying to get out of the woods."
This photo presents nicely and has the editorial marks typical of wire photos.
