Bobby Jones Signed 1960 'Golf is My Game' to Wayne Sadler
Signed 'For Wayne Sadler, With all my Best Wishes, Bobby Jones' on the flyleaf of this 'Golf is My Game' in blue ballpoint pen. Jones was a career lawyer that co-founded the Augusta National Golf Club and had well-documented success in the game of golf as a life-long amateur. Merely mentioning Bobby Jones had an impact on The Masters would be selling him extremely short. He was The Masters, from building Augusta National Golf Club the way he envisioned doing it to starting the "Invitation Tournament" in 1934. The first playing was only four years of course after his Grand Slam year of 1930 in which he won the US Open, US Amateur, Open Championship and British Amateur. The book is in good condition, with the original dustjacket and aging found throughout the book. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
**If extended bidding goes pass midnight ET, The Golf Auction reserves the right to close the auction at any time. We recommend bidders place their maximum bids prior to that time. Thank you**
