Bobby Jones Signed 1935 US Open at Oakmont CC Final Day Ticket #1951

Offered here is great condition 1935 US Open Final Day ticket that has been signed by none other than Bobby Jones. This seldom seen piece of golf history would make a great addition to any collection. An extreme few number of Bobby Jones signed tickets are known, and only a few of those actually make it to auction. As for the tournament itself, Sam Parks Jr., a Pittsburgh native knew his way around the Oakmont course better than most, and proved it on his way to victory. Winning by 2 strokes was no easy task on the daunting course, finishing out with a final stroke total of 299, only 2 strokes ahead of Jimmy Thompson

3 3/4" diameter
