Billy Casper Signed Classic US Open 1959 Winged Foot Logo Golf Ball
The host of the 2020 US Open, Winged Foot has been the setting for many memorable tournaments over the years. Buffalo Billy Casper won the 1959 US Open held at Winged Foot Golf Club, in Mamaroneck, N.Y. The 1959 win was Casper’s first of two US Open wins, his second being in 1966. In addition to Casper’s two US Open victories he was also the Masters Champion in 1970 and following his career he was elected to The World Golf hall of Fame. Here is a difficult Spalding Dot official '1959 US OPEN' golf ball signed by the champion in close proximity to the tournament name in red. The ball shows its age and has some slight cracking, however the name and signatures are not affected. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

Place your bids now as this auction will end at 9:00pm ET Sunday, September 20th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). 1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
