It was a splendid afternoon in Miami Beach Florida, Ben Hogan was having his lieutenant bars pinned on him by his wife Valerie Hogan. The story goes, shortly there after he surprised her with this sterling ID bracelet with the Army Corps shallow relief on top. that is hand engraved and reads “ To Val Love Ben”. From The Babe Zaharias Foundation comes this and other unique Ben Hogan personal items from the fellow Texan. A signed letter from the founder of the Zaharias Golf Foundation, Hal Shaw, will accompany this lot. 9" x 7"
