Ben Hogan Signed "The Star" Cut Image - Vintage Signature

Offered in this lot is a vintage Ben Hogan signature on "The Star" cut image. Hogan signed the image beautifully and bold in blue Sharpie on the cut that measures approximately 3 1/2" diameter from tip to furthest tip. Ben Hogan left a major impact on the game of golf with his swing theory and meticulous preparation. His legendary career ended with nine major championships, tied for fourth all-time, and he is one of only five golfers to win each Major and complete the career Grand Slam. Hogan won the Open Championship in his only attempt in 1953, the U.S. Open in 1948, 1950, 1951, 1953, the Masters Tournament in 1951 and 1953, and the 1946 and 1948 PGA Championship.
