Ben Hogan Signed Ben Hogan Company 3-Wood Reg. #K72042
Ben Hogan is notable for his profound influence on the golf swing theory and his legendary ball-striking ability, for which he remains renowned among players and fans. Signed by"The Hawk" is his Ben Hogan Company 3-wood in excellent condition with a gold sharpie. Signed golf clubs of any player is the format least found with the difficulty factor of presenting them to the player for autographing - challenge of bringing them to course for in person signature or tedious process of mailing to and fro such an awkward item to ship. Now figure in the difficulty of getting to Ben Hogan from the early 1980's to his passing in 1997, and it's easy to see why this is a spectacular item. It is 43" from the top of the grip to the bottom of the heel. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
