Arnold Palmer Signed Winning 1983 Boca Grove Senior Classic Scorecard

While we have occasionally offered Jack Nicklaus' winning scorecards in the past, with those bringing in 5 figures each, the void of a used Arnold Palmer contestant scorecard from a victorious effort just has not been filled. Until now. Presented here is The King's winning 1983 Boca Grove Senior Classic scorecard from the third round in which he carded a 70 while paired with Doug Sanders - as shown on the official hole-by-hole analysis of all 18. It was his fifth PGA Champions Tour win after a PGA Tour career that saw 'W' column 62 tallies which concluded 10 years prior. This is his 3rd round scorecard that brought his total to 204 as listed on the top right line. The Boca Grove Plantation course in Florida would welcome back the defending champion in 1984 only to see Palmer back in the winner's circle. 'Arnold Palmer' is stamped on the top left contestant line, along with his pencil signature on the respective side next to Sanders below. Palmer's margin of victory was 3 at the tournament, over fellow major-winner Billy Casper. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
