Arnold Palmer Signed Baltimore Country Club Official Scorecard
"I love Baltimore," Palmer once said to the Baltimore Sun in 2011. "I think it's one of the great cities in America. I'm big on the seafood." The king had ties to Baltimore and there was even rumor that his lemonade and tea drink started after a tournament victory at the nearby Mount Pleasant Golf Course. This Baltimore Country Club scorecard is signed on the front with a flawless stroke of the black sharpie by Palmer himself. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their certificate of authenticity #EE96316 comes with this lot.
The Golf Auction will be on site this Tuesday through Sunday (July 31st - August 4th) at the 2019 National Sports Collectors Convention in Rosemont, Il. We will be accepting consignments, performing appraisals, and accepting bids. Stop by and say hello! We will be in Booth #1018
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, August 4th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
