Arnold Palmer is generally regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of men's professional golf. He has won numerous events on both the PGA Tour and Champions Tour, dating back to 1955. Nicknamed "The King," he is one of golf's most popular stars and its most important trailblazer, because he was the first superstar of the sport's television age, which began in the 1950's. Palmer's 4 wins at the Masters Tournament, in 1958, 1960, 1962, and 1964, make him one of the more successful golfers at Augusta National. In this lot there is a pastel drawing from artist M. Mullins from a Ryder Cup Captain series that he did. Mullins captures the kind nature of Palmer's personality through the softer pastels and facial expression. This is in fact an original piece and measures 11" x 14." This relic of competition at golfs highest level comes directly from the PGA where it has resided for over 75 years. AUCTION CLOSING RULES:

This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, April 14th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)

1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
