Arnold Palmer Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Caddie Bib - Wayne Beck Collection
Sourced from Arnold Palmer's long-time caddie Wayne Beck comes this Arnold Palmer tournament used caddie bib! Carrying a "Palmer" in white letters printed on the royal blue, fastened nameplate of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Caddie Bib it would be very hard to mistake 'The King's' group for any others, not that that was ever a problem with Arnie and his trailing Army. Both sides carry the "Chrysler" logo, with the front reading "Bob Hope Chrysler Classic" and have straps on either side keeping the bib from getting tangled up while Wayne Beck carries Palmer's clubs stride-for-stride. Palmer's final victory came at the 1973 Bob Hope Desert Classic, with this tournament name being used from 1986 until 2008. It is in good condition, with some blemishes throughout.

Wayne Beck built his collection while caddying for Arnold Palmer and other prominent PGA Tour players including Sam Snead, Charles Coody, Lee Trevino, and others. The Wayne Beck collection comes to you as part of the Niblick Golf series from Jenni Pate. Jenni is the daughter of PGA Tour Pro and Major Golf Champion Jerry Pate and has started a video series on past golfer’s and prominent industry personalities collections. Jenni is using Niblick golf to tell the stories and raise funds for golf related charities. Jenni has entrusted The Golf Auction to help keep these stories of golf’s rich history alive and well. AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids now as this auction will end at 9:00pm ET Sunday, November 15th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
**If extended bidding goes pass midnight ET, The Golf Auction reserves the right to close the auction at any time. We recommend bidders place their maximum bids prior to that time. Thank you**
