1997 Tiger Woods The Masters Scotty Cameron LTD ED Victory SS Putter # 3/21 w/Box & Certificate - RARE!
Matching Tiger Woods' winning Scotty Cameron Newport TeI3 putter's specifications is this sleek, jaw-dropping 'victory' Soft Stainless (SSS) version putter numbered ONLY '3 of 21' (21-years of age at 1997 victory) and stamped as such just below the Cameron Crown on the toe! The extremely low production run of 21 has, of course, resulted in only a handful of sales - often running upwards of $20k on those occasions. Only the third on 'Rockstar' Scotty Cameron's set list, this prize has been preserved to very good condition with the expected slight teryllium insert discoloring, stainless finish scratching and a couple instances of paint loss on sole lettering. '1997 Masters Champion Tiger Woods - Soft Stainless - Record Score 270' are engraved with red paint filling on the sole along with his time-period facsimile signature.
'Tiger Mania' had officially arrived when Woods claimed his the first of 15 major championships at the 1997 Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club. Wood's 18 under par was 12 shots better than Tom Kite in second place. Five Masters wins in all, this 1997 Masters Victory putter with the finite number of 3 our of 21 from Tiger Woods' first is nearly impossible to find - well here is your chance.
